By downloading or using the thetuningfork.life mobile application “Chakra Sound Meditation App", provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, delete the App immediately.

All music, software, audio, design, text, and graphics within the App are the exclusive property of Rudolf Wienand. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, or your access to it, at any time without notice for any reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
